Kathleen Ferket is an experienced and transformational nursing executive, speaker, educator, author and a recognized leader in care transitions, population health and leadership development. Her work includes consulting with organizations to achieve value-based care outcomes, including McLaren Health and Stanford Health systems.

Executive Experience

Founding member:  L3 Advisors Group

Principal, Ferket Advisory Services, LLC: Executive leadership coach and clinical consultant to healthcare and community associations.

System Care Continuum Vice President for a Midwest health system overseeing nine acute care hospitals. Successfully launched care coordination integration, developed ambulatory and post-acute strategies which contributed to the #3 nationally ranked Accountable Care Organization in 2017. 

Associate vice president of clinical operations: responsible for decreasing clinical variation across a 4 hospital Midwest system, resulting in > 3 million in cost reductions and improved patient safety. Developed regional clinical service lines in preparation for joint operating multi system affiliation.

Executive Director for Patient Care Services & Children’s Services, with operational oversight for 100 FTE’s and strategic partnerships alignment for a large community hospital.
