Our Story

Rapid change continues to be the name of the game in healthcare. Healthcare leaders
must continually assess, respond and pivot as they meet ongoing challenges and
disruption in today’s environment.


The concept for the L3 Advisors Group began as a small group of highly experienced
leaders with shared insights. We found that we all were – formally and informally –
engaging in coaching and consulting conversations with physicians, nurses,
pharmacists, and advanced practice providers (APPs) around the country, supporting
those professionals as they navigated the evolving healthcare environment. L3 leaders
share a foundational background of healthcare having held a wide array of executive,
consulting, association and legal roles. We have collectively had the opportunity and
strong desire to give back to the industry that we have loved and served. This desire
has become the core purpose of this group: Coaching Leaders for Tomorrow.


The L3 Advisors have demonstrated the high value return from coaching relationships.
We partner with individuals and teams to set vision and promote innovation.  The L3
Advisors Group has worked with healthcare leaders at all levels; providing executive
support, supporting transition to new roles or into retirement (“prefer-ment”), or guiding exploration of new professional chapters.


For today’s leaders, strategy and innovation are the foundational building blocks for
daily decisions. The L3 Advisors Group has worked closely with leadership in health
systems, associations, and non-profits, supporting these organizations to meet the
